Am interested in buying bosch 500 series dishwasher, but notice power cord and water cord are not included. I currently have a kitchenaid DW, can I just use same cords, or do I need to purchase new cords and where and how much (about) are those items?

You should be able to use same cord. I would use 14 guage wire will run 15amp.
it will probably say 14/2 or 14/3 on the wire.
I would say your old wire is right. make sure you find the breaker for the dishwasher and turn off power before you work on it.

Bosch dishwaser. starts and stops, it will say clean. leaves water in the bottom. we purchased a new pump and still not working? :( :(

All dishwashers leave a little water in the bottom. However, I suspect there's an appreciable amount in the machine. I'd suggest you lift out the filter and check the drain port.

I have a Frigidaire 1000, 1200 series. I noticed the dishwasher motor sounding louder lately while it was running. The other night I turned it on to run. Later I noticed that the three lights on the...

Check for obstructions inside in the bottom first and or the pump might be clogged. If it's not some type of obstruction or clog it is likely your motor has died or is almost dead. Start planning on replacing your dishwasher. I suggest to go with a higher end brand. Kitchenaid Superba EQ, Electrolux Wave-Touch, Bosch 800 Series for example.

Bosch dishwasher model SHX46A why does the on/off switch and lights stay on while the dw stopped running?

The dw was not quite running. It does pause between cycles. The power scrub cycle means that you had the machine on the longest of all cycle choices. There's almost always a light and a normal cycle. The pots and pans cycle is a power scrub option. Yes all the lights would be on until they switched to a different part of the cycle. Do you have a DRYING light? That would be the one to look for as far as the dw being finished. :)

I have a Kitchenaid dishwasher model KUDS01FLSS2. I finished replacing the door balancer cord and started the dw up and it started leaking underneath from the bottom somewhere around the middle of the...

In this Kitchenaid dishwasher model KUDS01FLSS2, the whole motor and water pump assembly simply sits (I think loose) in the bottom of the DW. From the inside, it is the round mechanism where the sprayer is mounted above the chopper, all one piece sitting in (or mounted with) a large rubber washer around it. Somehow this assembly had lifted up slightly on one side which allowed the water to just poor through the bottom floor of the DW. I simply pressed down on the whole mechanism positioning back in its proper place. It did not take much pressure at all to position it back into its place. This stopped the leak and is working like a charm.

Bosch SHX46A (6 years old) Selected regular cycle, pressed On and closed door. Cycle did not start normally. Pump runs, but no water is coming into the DW. I confirmed the water supply line is turned on....

From your description, I doubt that the problem is door latch is the cause.
The first thing that a modern dishwasher does before it begins to fill with water is run the drain pump.  It appears that this DW is not progressing to the next cycle (inlet water) and because the pump runs even when the door is open, I agree that the controller card may have failed.
If possible, inspect all the wire connections (remove main power before you do this) ... if there is a loose connection, the controller could do odd things.
Good Luck!  Please report back what you find, OK?

I have a Zanussi Fitted dishwasher and I notice that the board under my kitchen seems to be getting black,I think it is the dishwasher leaking water from underneath.. Is there any common problems with this...

Yes sounds like some kind of water leak. Take of the front plinth and check underneath the units and DW. I presume you DW is adjacent to the sink so please cheak all pipes including waste asap. Also opening the DW door whilst it is running can splash water, over a period of time this could effect wood material and cause your problem.

Bosch DW doesn't start/panel doesn't light up/but unit has power

Try to turn off the power at the circuit breaker box, leave off for 5 mins and then turn back on and try to see if the panel resets itself. It may work or it may not.

Bosch Exxcel Auto Option/Detergent tablet does not dissolve?

It seem that your DW drain it's water by syphon action. Check if the drain hose is properly installed as a U shape; otherwise the DW can drain itself at any time, leaving the soap undissolved .
