Here are the instructions on how to do a factory reset on the Nabi Jr.: nabitablet com.

go to the control Panel /user accounts /change or delete an account click on the jr. and deleate account and all files, next log into old account and click on change user name and add the jr.

Step 1 Tap the "Mail" app on your iPad's home screen, tap "Other" and tap "Mail Account." If you already have an email account set up, tap the "Settings" icon on the home screen, tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" in the sidebar and tap "Add Account."
Step 2 Type your name into the "Name" box using the onscreen keyboard. You can enter any name you want; your iPad sends this name with each email you send.
Step 21 Type your full AOL email address in the form "[email protected]" into the "Address" box. If you have an AOL email address with a different domain, such as "@games.com" or "@love.com," use that domain instead.
Step 31 Enter your AOL email password into the "Password" box.
Step 41 Type a description for your email account into the "Description" box and tap "Next."
Step 51 Tap "IMAP" at the top of the New Account pane.
Step 61 Type "Imap.aol.com" into the "Host Name" box under "Incoming Mail Server."
Step 71 Type "Smtp.aol.com" into the "Host Name" box under "Outgoing Mail Server."
Step 81 Enter your full AOL email address into the "Username" boxes under both "Incoming Mail Server" and "Outgoing Mail Server."
Step 91 Enter your AOL email password into the "Password" boxes under "Incoming Mail Server" and "Outgoing Mail Server."
Step 101 Tap "Next." Your iPad verifies the settings.

To access your AOL account, you need to enter some information.
First, you need to enter your AOL user name or email account.
Next, you need to enter the AOL password that you entered when you first created your account. Once these two pieces of information are entered, you can sign in to your account.
However, if you have forgotten or lost your AOL password, you won't be able to access your account until you successfully reset your password.

Navigate to http://bill.aol.com/ and notice the "Sign In" window to the right of the screen.
Find the "Forgot Password" link under the "Password" field. Click the link.
Type your email address or AOL user name into the "User name or Email" field.
You'll also need to type the letters or numbers you see in the image into the "Word in Image" field.
Click "Next."
Type the correct answer to your security question in the "Your Answer" field.
Click "Next."
Provide the information for the "Billing Contact Name," including first and last name.
This is the primary account holder for your AOL account. Click "Next."
Answer the AOL security questions, which will ask for the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Click "Next." At this point, your identity will be verified.
Type in a new password on the next screen.
You'll need to retype the password to confirm.
Click "Next" and then click "Continue."
At this point, you will be able to sign in to your account using the new password you created.

If you are using the AOL software, the names listed on the Sign On window are all the screen names on your AOL account. The names cannot be removed from the list unless you actually delete the names from your AOL account. If you would like to keep the names on your AOL account, then the names will have to stay on the Sign On window.

Go to keyword "names" but you will have to be logged on with the main screen name ( the one th account was setup with )

I just saw that you posted this several times and I apologize no one helped you. This is the first time I've seen it. But you happen to get the resident AOL expert. So to add a person to your AOL account here's what you do:

1)Log on under your account
2)At the top toolbar, click on keyword
3)click on go to keyword
4)when the keybox pops up, type screen names and click on go
5)Under the screen name column, click on create new screen name (you might need to enter the answer to your account security question in the box at the right)
6)Once the box pops up for the screen name, enter the one you'd like to use for your son. Just because you choose one doesn't mean that it is available. You might want to have several he wants to choose from. After you've tried a few it will make a few suggestions for you. You DON'T have to use one of these. You can keep trying one of your own as long as you like until you find one that's available. Once you find one that's available that you want to use, it will ask you to select an age category for him. Select which ever age you prefer.
7)DO NOT check the master screen name box
8)Check the box that says I accept these terms
9)Turn on or off the AOL activity report (description on right)
10)Click the continue button
11)Enter his password twice and click next.
12)Select one of the security questions for his account and enter his answer twice. Make sure you type it the same both times.Then click continue.
13) Congratulations! It will show you the info for his account.

Make sure when you type screen names, passwords, answers to security questions and things of that nature, that you remember EXACTLY how they were typed. If a letter is capitalized then it must be capitalized. (not for screen names)
Write everything down. It's easy to forget. Don't mistake a o for an 0. I hope this helped you and told you everything you needed to add him to your account.
