Question about Acer Aspire 3680 Laptop
If you can get to the screen that gives you an option to boot from safe mode, select it and uninstall the virus software; If you cannot get to any other screen this software you used may have corrupted your file system and entered invalid registry keys rendering your system inoperable. Try reinstalling your OS, its a shame that you may have to lose your info, but the best thing sometimes is to give the machine a fresh start. Reformat and Partition your hard drive and reload your OS, if you can't do this, then it may be your hard drive is gone.
