How to Exchange or Return your Order
To exchange your order or return for a refund, please follow these simple steps:

Let us know if you would like to make an Exchange or Return.
Our agents will process your request and issue your Return Waybill and Return Slip. If it's an exchange, our agent wil re-order your product.
Complete the Return Slip by filling in the order number, item name and reason for return. Include the completed form with your shipment.
Place return item(s) in original shoebox.
Your item(s) and the original shoebox must be undamaged to qualify for a return.
Place shoebox in original or new shipping carton. Attach the Return Waybill label to the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship your return back to us.
Refer to the email you received from SHOEme which contains the Return Waybill and follow the instructions.
Provided your return meets our requirements, our Returns Team will then ensure that your refund or exchange is processed as soon as possible.
You will? be? notified vie email once we ?complete your return.? R?eturns are processed within 4 business days? from us receiving them.
Please allow an extra 3-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal.
