Here are ways to unsubscribe:
-Try to block the app, if you have to re-add it or go to the app page then hit block. It will no longer be allowed to notify you
-You can go to this link:Speeddate Unsubscribe
-You can also go to your email messages from speed date. At the bottom part of it you can see an unsubscribe information too.

First of all, you CAN get a delivery failure notice for emails which you did not send. More than likely a spammer is sending spam emails to multiple recipients and your email address is used by the spammer as the sender. They don't need access to your email to do it - they can spoof any address they like. The bad news is, you really cannot do anything to stop it. The good news is, it usually goes away after several weeks as the spammer stop spoofing your sender address and move on to others.

You have been flagged for excessive messages. To the carrier you appear to be a spammer. You will need to contact your carrier.

  • This error code means that Microsoft suspect you may be a spammer
  • You will need to login to https://account.live.com/ Then you will be asked to verify your account

Solve problem with people whoo block me!!!
If people block you then they consider you either a spammer or a nuisance. Blocking cannot be subverted if someone sets you up as blocked. It's one of the niceties of some email clients and we are all greatful that the option exists so we can control nuisance emails

Yahoo put a 24hr block on my email for sending to much email i been blocked on the 28 of apr still can not send .i get mail but can not send thanks
Don't delay any further, You have already delayed a lot. Kindly change your password immediately with atleast one wild card and 2 numbers with alphabets. Further change security questions and answers also. It seems that your computer or email has been compromised by to a spammer. If the spammer has dropped keylogger on your pc even after changing password and security questions he will get the new password and security question. Hence, get a good antispam and install on your pc.

Some "spammer" is sending their unsolicited commercial advertising to your E-mail ID.

The only way to "defeat" a spammer is to change your E-mail ID.
