Call your phone company they have a master reset code for this kind of situation.

Here’s how to hard reset or format your Nokia mobile phone:
1) Switch off your phone
2) Press and hold these 3 keys together:
-green dial key
-the star key(*)
-the number 3 key (Ugh, I wish I had three hands…!!)
3) Power on the phone

IMEI are and this site generate a new lock code number please put this number on your phone and you are able to unlock this phone

It's a 5 digit number.
You should have a:
PIN,
SECURITY,
PUK, numbers

PIN locks your SIM card.
SECURITY locks your phone.
PUK unblock everything.
