I want to connect my DCR - TRV33 NTSC Sony (120 x digital zoom) Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar mini handycam to our big screen TV to view the mini DV tape that is currently in the camera...not sure how

first you need a driver for your camcorder to recognize the device what you plug. use USB for pluging it. upload your videos to any movie maker application such as ulead movie maker, nero movie maker, windows movie maker, etc.. save it with any various types of videos like avi, divx, vcd, dvd, etc.. and now its on your computer. heres the link and other instructions of installations. hope that helps!
