I've got a sportline pulse rate watch, but no instructions. I need to be able to reset the time on it, but seemed to have pressed every combination of button to no avail. Could you please let me have the instructions for this.
Have you tried looking up the instructions on line? Sometimes you have to hold down the buttons for a few seconds (up to 5). Do you see any wording around the edging like "mode" , "adjust" sometimes they are hard to see. Try this and if you still have problems PLEASE let me know I will research this further for you.

Thank you for this. After I had posted my questions, I had another fiddle and as you suggest, I seemed to have to hold the reset button in for a few seconds and then press the light button at the same time. Success, I can now alter the time at my Trec competitions to match the master timing at the events!!
