Re: Graphics card driver for Sony Vaio VGN-FZ410E
Sorry but most laptops come with video on board and not a separate video card to upgrade to another card while not impossible would be very expansive. you would have to get a desktop computer with separate video card installed to play your games please post rating thanks

The shader 3 mode is a inbuilt option that is designed within the graphic cards (i.e. intergrated or slotted cards). This function usually use for high graphics gaming for PCs. You cannot upgrade the Graphic card to get this Shader 3 options for your Laptop. The best options you can do is to update the drivers & DirectX to the latest for your laptop "ATI Radeon™ 3100 Graphics" intergrated graphic card.
All latest PC games requires shader model 3 graphics card. Actually juiced 2 is a high graphic oriented game requiring shader model 3. So, you must upgrade the video memory by adding a latest graphics card with shader model 3.Graphic card like,
Nvidia 6600 and higher has shader model 3.0
ATI x1xxx or higher has shader model 3.0 some X800 were also shader model 3.0.
Before you buy any new graphic card you need to discover which card your motherboard supports.
Pixel shader error is usually beacase your video device or video card is not able to run the game.
You can try going to your video device manufacture website and downloading and installing the latest video drivers.
If this doesnt work, your going to need to get a new better video card Nvidia and Ati are two good cards for gaming, please make sure your motherboard will be able to support what ever video device you decide to buy.
Unfortunately it isn't something you can download and install from the internet.. The shader is calculating rendering effects in the graphic card.. The problem is it that your graphic card doesn't support/have shader 2.0.. You will need to replace your graphic card with a newer to get it..
Unfortunately, it sounds like you will need a new graphics card to run that game. Pixel shaders are built into the graphic card hardware and there is no way to download or install them. According to the games system requirements you need a 100% compatible Directx 9.0C card. If you post the make and model of your computer(or motherboard) I could recommend a card for you.
