Hello sir, i am using apple iphone 3g i am getting internet connection autometically so i am loosing money in the left corner of the phone letter E is always visible i wants to disconnect the internet pls suggest me thanks

1.Turn on your local Wifi either home or how so its temporaily disabled the 'E' Edge connection provided by your carrier provider
2.After the Wifi is connected
3.Open safari browser on your iphone
4.Type in the address bar www.iphonenodata.com
5.Scroll down to the end until you see a Disable EDGE/3G
6.Click on Disable EDGE/3G
7.You'll see a popup asking you to install a Profile
8.Install the profile and after the installation is done
9.Restart the iphone
10.Turn off the Wifi
11.Wait for 'E' to appear on the statusbar (Edge)
12.Try surfing the internet
13.If you get an error saying "Could not activate cellular data network"
14.You have successfully disabled the edge it will longer take your money if the phone is idle

Hello, My iphone cant operating Google Maps function. the message appear is " This application requires data connection."
You must activate your packet data setting first in your phone. Contact your SIM card provider to give you activation link so you can use your GPRS/3G to make internet connection.
After activation success you can begin to surf to internet including use your Google Maps application.

Connect the phoen to your computer and launch itunmes. Then select the phone on teh left panel and under software, simple click on restore (be sure to hqave an active internet connection)

How to use gps in iphone 3g apple
simply tap on "maps" on the homescreen to open the Maps application. Then tap on the little circle in the bottom left corner to locate yourself using the gps module.

Out of the box, the iphone 3g doesnt support turn-by-turn directions like your usual tomtom gps system.
You can download apps for that when youre on softwareversion 3.0.

Wifi with itouch 32 gb
I bought my wife and I an IPhone about a month ago and had the same question. In the top left corner you will see 3 wave lines when you are connected to a wireless network. When they are shaded its weak and when they're lit up it's strong. If you bought the 3G when you click on safari it should say in the top left corner 3G. If it doesn't work, download ITunes for free on their website and run some updates for your phone. It's all free just kind of time consuming.

Try going into your internet settings where you can choose to turn on or off the wireless connection which will enable your 3G (or 2G).

My Iphone 3G blutooth doesntwork and have internet problems.
the iPhone doesnt actually have the ability to send and recieve files from other phones. Its just for the headset ability. If your phone is Jailbroken you may find some programs out there that allows you to send and recieve messages and find other phones via Bluetooth. YES going on the internet without a DATA PLAN will cost you money. It depends on what carrier you are with, it will very on how much per kilobyte. You can not record videos unless you phone is jailbroken. Then you can download the ability to use the camera as a video recorder. Some of the programs are the following: Cycorder and 3G video recorder. Hope this helps!
