have you been check for a bulging capacitors at the power supply board.

try pluging another monitor in to see if it is a problem with monitor

after blackout, check the screen as that. look in to the monitor in side angel,
and if you can see darken live image in that and its working. in that condition, your
LCD panel is working and the problem is no light.
in that case you need to repleace or repair the " inverter unit " in that monitor.
that unit makes the high voltage for back light.

after blackout , you cant see any darken image like as that, and or totally power
goes off , that is different problem. for solve that need advance trouble shooting
and can be need advance repair.

It sounds like your inverter take bake for warranty repair.

the fault might be from the screen flex or screen inverter.

To confirm this, connect your hp laptop to an external monitor and if there is a display, then the screen inverter or flex is the cause of the problem and it needs to be replaced for there to be a display on your hp laptop screen again.

But if there is no display when you connect the hp laptop to an external monitor, please let me know.

Unfortunately, it isn't a Windows problem, but a monitor power or backlight failure. Your monitor's high voltage inverter board, or the backlight has failed. Often it is too expensive to repair, and cheaper to replace the monitor if it is out of warranty

if you check key board caps lock or num lock keys, also on aond off (LED in Caps and num lock)
you have check the video card , pls go to safe mode and test the problem
also need the check monitor with another pc
