I have a 2007 dodge grand caravan with the built in dvd changer/with an auxiliary input. Im having difficulty getting my mp3 player to play through the sux input. Any help on the subject.
The aux inputs are volume sensitive. If the volume is not loud enough at the start it will switch back to the player until there is. It is very irritating for music that is very soft or for long delays between songs. Then the player comes blasting through. The only solution I know of is try pumping your device's output volume or play music that rocks. And a solution is not clear in that owner's manual either. The air filter for the cabin is located inside the van, look under the glove box door there should be a plastic holder that slides to the rearward of the van pull this back and a flat plastic door will come off, the door is two parts.
Some base vans do not have this filter if you look at the bottom of this and see a 1/2 long plastic stud sticking out of the bottom there is no filter in this.
