Remote w/new battaries the indicator lught works when up select a control button, but nothing is happening to the device [TV]. We do have TW cable TV which is operational but this remote does not wants to power on/off the device as one of it's first control functions. The remote has a full # of URC-3021B00 WHICH MIGHT INDICATE IT AGE. We understand there is a Lifetime Warranty. Can you help me ?

If the steps below are not successful I would call TW customer care line.

Turn on the device, such as your TV, that you want the remote to operate.

On your remote, press the corresponding device button [such as TV, DVD, CBL] and the OK/SEL buttons simultaneously for three seconds. The device LED will light indicating that it is ready to be programmed.
Note: The LED will remain lit for 30 seconds, and the next step must be completed while it is on.

Point the remote control at the device and press the CH+ or CH- button. The remote will emit power on/off code signals. Continue to step up or down until your device turns off.

Verify that the correct code has been selected by pressing the POWER button. Your device should turn back on. If it does, try changing the channel to verify programming was successful.

Press the corresponding device button to store the code. The device LED will blink twice to confirm the code has been stored.

4. Enter the 3-digit code for your device within 30 seconds. The POWER INDICATOR shuts off.

5. Press power button to verify correct code entry. If the device shuts off, the code was entered correctly. If the device does not shut off, repeat steps 3-4, using a different code.





Automatic Programming

With automatic programming, the remote control tests all the codes available on the Code List and assigns the correct code for the selected device.

Check the batteries of your remotes control. FIRST
Be sure to aim the control to the sensor of your tv.

Usually you have one remote for your tv and the other to control the cable box or digital box.

You have to set the RMC10 again using the code of your tv Silvania (like the first time)
Then set your tv on channel 3


Another thing, be sure that you are hitting the right buttons.
The control doesn't work if you hit on the top any key instead of cable

The remote has on the top 4 key usually (tv, cable, vcr, aux, etc).
