Remove Mains Plug and press Standby switch from LED Panel for 30 sec.
Press Input & Ch Down Switch from LED panel and plug in and start LED
LED will start and "K" will appear on screen
Press Ch Down & Vol Down switch at same time
You will get 1/10 page on screen
Go to 9/10 page by pressing left & right button from remote
Select EEP and press Ok button from remote
After 30Sec remove main plug and restart LED.

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It sounds like a main board failure but could be a power supply issue as well. The set will need to be diagnosed

i just replaced the power board got it off ebay.lj44-00025a.now the led 8004 turns red.

Unplug the TV for maybe 10 minutes, then turn it on. Sometimes these units simply need to recycle. If that doesn't work, you've likely got serious problems.

Take off back cover. The problem power board is to the right of the board where the power plug feeds into the TV. There is a large white fuse right bend the power plug. With a meter it read ok; about 8 inches deeper into the TV on that board was the resister next to two fuses. My 4 amp 125 volt fuse did not read on my meter. After replacing, it worked fine. Check all three fuses while you're in there.
