I have an Epson RX600 printer and it suddently stopped printing. There is a read light and a message "Printer error occured. Please see the documentation". I have tried all possible ways of resetting by pressing simultaneously On/off, B&W and Color buttons, but it has not helped at all. What I should do? I have not used printer very much even if I have bought it already about six years ago.

Unfortunatel;y the SSC utililty doesn't work on the RX700. It does, however, work on every other printer we have tried.

If the LED display screen on your printer is blank please try disconnecting
the USB cable from the computer and then disconnect the power to your
printer. Reconnect the power to a different power outlet, and turn your
printer back on. If the same issue occurs, your printer will require
service.
