First, make sure you have new batteries in it. Then you have two choices:
Hold down the 3rd button -- the antenna button -- until the little antenna sign displayed on the right starts blinking and "broadcasting"...and then wait for the clock to set itself.
When that doesn't work (LOL), try this:
Hold down the "Set" button until each of the various fields start blinking. Then press the up button (3rd one) or the down button (4th one) to adjust each field to the desired number, etc. At least, that's what my office technician did to set mine. Good luck.

Hi! I have the manual! ... I will try to scan in the whole manual, but for now:
Setting Alarms:
1) Press and hold ALM1 or ALM2 for two seconds until the alarm time flashes.
2) Press ALM1/HOUR to advance the hour and ALM2/MIN to advance the minute. The time will display "PM" if set to PM and nothing if set to AM
3) Clock will revert to normal operation when no buttons are pressed for 15 seconds. The alarm is now set and activated.

Hi. There should be a switch on top of the radio that allows you to select the time zone. It is just behind the snooze bar and labeled PST-MST-CST-EST. Try that.
