try the following.
Open site http://narod.ru/disk/2579842000/FirmwareEnable_Release.exe
Then scroll page down, type to textbox the numbers on picture above and press green button (CKA4ATb).
On next screen remove checkbutton (YctaHoBNtb RHAekc bap) and press on file link above it.
It's the same file as in birseyindir.net site.
I'm warning, your printer will not work, if there is some real physical problem. In my case it was unused long time without cartridges and black ink was completely dry inside of printhead. I opened it carefully and dissolved it with spirit.

You need to do some basic troubleshooting steps below and hope that it would fix the problem:-

• Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the printer, but leave the printer turned on.
• Open the cover of the printer and remove the print cartridges.
• Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display.
• Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall socket, then wait for one minute.
• Reconnect the power cord. If the printer does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
• Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges.
• Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration page.
• Print a Self Test to verify printer is functional.
• Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print from the computer.

The error that you are having is a hardware issue, it means your printer is really of no use anymore. Believe me, there's no use going through troubleshooting for this one. Call HP and just Upgrade your printer. HP Printer Tech Support would be more than happy in giving you discounts and an extra year of warranty for $1.00.

Reset the product:

1. Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
2. Remove the cartridges from the product.
3. Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
5. Wait 60 seconds.
6. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button ( ).
7. Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
9. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.

Ink system failures is a very serious problem on HP printer systems. If you have this problem you should be ready to replace your printer. However there are still troubleshooting steps that you can do to try to resolve this problem. try this Ink System Failure Trouble shooting guide.

I do understand that fact that it did not work out for some other users , reason being the error which u are reffering to is related to the hardware of the printer . but it might work in some cases u may try the steps to reset the printer .

u can reset the printer to its factory deafults as well

Take out the cartridges from the unit .

Make sure the unit is connected to the wall jack directly without any surge protector.

Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit ( without turning off the unit ) .
4
Now press the # and 6 key together , while holding these keys down plug in the power cord back into the unit .

Do not release the keys after a few seconds u will find te hp logo or bars moving across the screen .wait while the unit turns off.

after one minute turn on the prnter . it will go into alligment phase > let it finish .

after its done > try to make a copy .
