Creator 2011 says it is not combatible with Windows System 7 Home Premium and will not install.

You can download windows 7 home premium from the internet and then save it to your usb flash drive or hard drive as an iso file. As long as you have a Windows 7 registration KEY number like that comes with your operating system cd, you can enter once you have the operating system installed, you will be ok. ANY Authentic Windows 7 Home Premium installation key will work.Just boot off the device the O/S is installed on.Hope this helps.

The only thing that you can try is installing it in compatibility mode.

Hello kelvinvu, according to the information that I gathered from this computer model, it has Windows Vista 32 bit home premium installed on it. Windows XP is an older operating system so you can't "upgrade" to it. You could however install a fresh copy (more likely completely erasing all your previous information on vista and data files) or you could upgrade to Windows 7. Since you are using "Windows Vista 32 bit home premium", you have to upgrade to "Windows 7 32 bit home premium" or better. So if you were trying to "upgrade" to Windows 7 Home Basic, it will not allow that since it considers that a downgrade in the Operating System. You should actually be able to pop in the Windows 7 Home Premium CD while vista is running and start the upgrade process pretty painlessly that way. Just access the CD and walk through the menus for upgrading Vista to Windows 7. As a reminder, you must use the 32 bit discs. If you try and use the 64 bit discs (a different operating system as far as windows is concerned) you will have to go through the same process of installing a new version of windows (not upgrade). If you are getting the error at startup, roxio service might not started or disabled. What you can try to do is to enable all roxio service. refer to the steps below.
- click start > run - type services.msc - look for all roxio service i.e roxwatch.db - double click it then select the startup type to automatic - save the changes then restart computer

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run.
