Can not remove Photoimpressions 5. The program was included as package purchased with a children's camera given today my daughter at Christmas. Installation of the program has meant X out of several popup screens once desktop appears after startup, and access to on-line services. Please help me get Photoimpressions 5 off my system. Thank you.

Does it say on the package that the software is included in the box,if so take it back.

Click on the START button Open the Control Panel Open Add\Remove Programs Locate the application in the list Click on the REMOVE button to the right of the name Follow the prompts.

It uses a Rayovac 5100LB or equivalent, also used by a number of cell phones. Try looking among cell phone batteries.

You need to reset the photo frame with a toothpick in the small hole and then reboot your computer in safe mode. From safe mode run in windows compatability mode as windows XP. I have just had exactly the same problem. DPFmate will not run in 32 bit or 64 bit.

my suggestion (not necessarily solution) is cleaning.
Although it can take multiple DVD's there is only one reader inside of it.

Have you tried cleaning the battery contacts inside the camera? This simple fix (use a fine wire brush, steel wool, or fine sandpaper) clears about 90% of the non-charging and quick shutoff problems with these cameras.

My daughter was SO SO excited when she received Hannah Montana Disney Pix Digital camera from christmas she cried. She cried MORE when she took her first picture and didn't see anything on the display screen it was completely blue! NOTHING! $40.00 down the darn drain and my daughter feelings crushed on Christmas. I couldn't afford to purchase her anything else. Called support that 1-888-800-0507 something like that,,,,,it took me twenty-one minutes to tell me to return it. WHAT! They said its a defect! WHAT! When I returned the camera they didn't HAVE any, now she is really UPSET!

do not know why cd isnt installing, maybe problem with installshield/camera is dated. about getting pictures off if camera is equipped with a usb maybe you can go to my comp. and find the camera and delete the pics.
