Just plug it in your computer through the USB and open MY COMPUTER, go to the REMOVABLE DISK drive, then you will see folders like ISO, MUSIC, PICTURE, PSP, and VIDEO. Just put your mp3s in the MUSIC folder and your good to go!

Hi i cant figure out how to put music on my psp

1. Connect your PSP with your PC using the USB cable.

2. Use your PSP interface and hit HOME button, and then go into "Settings". Here you will have to use the directional button to find "USB Connection"

3. Once the connection is made, you will need to check your PCs available drives. You can do this by going into "My Computer". Your PC should detect your PSP as and additional drive. It is not much different from using portable drive or thumb drives actually.

4. Click on your assigned PSP drive.

5. Create a new folder call "music" on your PSP drive

6. Select your MP3 music from your PC and drag it into your "music" folder on your PSP. Note that all this is done in your PC interface.

7. When all the desired MP3 are transferred, get out of the USB connection mode by pressing "O" on your PSP.

8. Find the music area in your PSP, and select your memory stick. Search for your "music" folder and you are good to go.

We've lost PSP manual and need a new one.

Step 1. Connect your PSP to your computer using a USB leab.
Step 2. Goto settings on your PSP and select USB connection
Step 3. Look in "My computer" on your PC or laptop and your PSP will be listed as another drive.
Step 4. Double click the PSP drive (usually E:) and then right click on the window that opens and select "New Folder". Call this new folder "Music"
Step 5. Drag all your MP3 files into this new music folder you created.
Step 6. Press "O" on your PSP to exit USB connection.
Step 7. Select the music menu then scroll down to Memory stick. All your music should be in that folder.

Hope this helps

I cant figure this out

it is like as crash of psp system, If this is the first time you've used the Memory Stick Duo, you must format it with psp to create the proper PSP folder structure. Copy the music/audio files from your computer into the MUSIC folder inside the PSP folder on your Memory,

You can save and play music/audio on your PSP system in the following file formats:
MP3, MP4, ATRAC3plus, WAV, WMA. press triangle for Display or hide the control panel. you can visit http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/PSP/Music/s_psp_mu_CF.html for more helps. hope this helps.
