I need a users manual for a galileo f 800x60 i bought it at a garage sale and it's missing some parts the eye piece is on of the parts missing

The CD rom is probably just a planetarium software. You can download free software here: www.stellarium.org
The scope does not need computer software to operate. However, you will find the free software above very helpful in learning the sky. Color filters are really NOT very useful; only the moon filter is needed which you can buy from the retailer listed above.
Actual proprietary parts like the accessory tray must be bought directly from Galileo telescopes. But a hardware store will have springs and bolts and nuts.
You will not find a manual for that telescope. Look on the Bushnell manual web site and locate one similar to your telescope. They all assemble in a similar fashion.
They do not come with manuals. However Meade maintains a web site for their telescopes. Look under REFRACTOR for one similar to your telescope. They all go together almost the same way,
ebay is a great resource for eyepieces, i would suggest a 26mm ma. the eyepiece should drop in. if not you might be missing the image erecting diagonal. when the eyepiece is installed you should be looking perpendicular at the tube.
