After unpluging the usb cable the printer would ready but go right back to the error after pluging it back in. We shut down the computer and printer for 30 minutes, when we turned them back on it printed what was in the que but went right back to the error code. Finally, I turned off the printer deleted the P3005 driver from the computer and rebooted, then turned the printer back on. The computer seen the new hardware and reloaded the driver by itself and now is fine.

These errors are almost always caused by outdated firmware. Print a configuration page and check the firmware version against this website . If your version is older than the one on HP's site then download the top option which is the easy install version and run it on your computer.

DIMM and EIO errors are memory related.
It may be that you are trying to print too big of a document for the printer. I usually see that error when printing images.
