I have been using a integrated nivida geforce and i barely bought the RADEON HD 6850. i put RADEON HD AX6850 into the pci-e and i tried to connect it to the video cable to my monitor but my monitor dont read it but when i connect the video cable to the motherboard VGA slot it works. can you please help

You will probably have to boot into your BIOS by pressing F2 or DEL, depending on your motherboard. I'm not sure what motherboard you have but I think you're smart enough to find the setting that says use the video card instead of on board graphics.
Remember to do this while connected to "motherboard" graphics then switch over to the video card.

Try installing the drivers for this card. If that does not work, it could be a problem with DirectX, being that it is a DX11 card while you're running DX9, or it could be defective hardware. Make sure the fan is spinning on the card when you turn on the computer.

The video card is defective: the video processor no longer generates the correct colors.
Replace the card, this is a manufacturing defect and the card is still in the waranty period.

Hi, The recommended PSU for your card is 550W.
After you connect it to your motherboard you have to connect a (6pin) PCIE power connector
to the card. Without it the video card will not display anything.

I have low fps in every game

I would need to know the details/specifications of your computer, you may be experiencing some conflicts with regard to some components holding other components back. Which is called bottlenecks!
Install the latest drivers off the AMD Website, www.amd.com
The latest drivers will make your graphics card work more efficiently.
In my opinion this card shouldn't have any problems running at 1920X1080 at Medium to High Settings with X4 AA or more.
It's a good Card, ensure that the Temperatures are kept in check. Remember the cooler you get it the more efficiently it's going to run.
Install some 120mm fans on your case if you can, Cooler Master have designed some super cool fans. I myself use the new Sickle Flow 120mm blue, 2000RPM 90 Cubic Feet per Minute.
