The turntable in my GE Advantium ZSC1000 oven won't turn during the cooking process. Nothing in the owner's manual addresses the turn table specifically.

It s the magnetron tube, thats what makes the microwaves. Not a hard fix, you can order one from sundberg.com or marcone .com with your model number

It may be that your high voltage diode or capacitor has shorted.

The fuse is usually located behind the grille, on the floor of the oven behind the control panel, between the door switches, or on the filter board near where the cord comes into the unit.

There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

To check the high voltage parts, you'll have to remove it from the wall, then remove the outer cover. If so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.

item 1474 is the turntable shaft and is GE # WB02X10624



You should be able to remove item 1476 and lift out the shaft to replace it..then reinstall item 1476 to lock it in place, Hope this helps ...

There is a fuse for the Hi voltage transformer and the magnetron tube. You have to take the cover off to access the fuse.

Turned off breaker for 30 seconds. Display returned.

I know what you mean. I was cooking with this appliance tonight and suddenly it displayed an f-3 code. My advantium oven is less than 8 months old. Not sure how this happened or how to fix the problem. In order to sleep tonight (the constant beeping) I had to shut power off at the breaker pannel. Is this representative of the the type of quality that GE stands for???? I am sooo frustrated. I cook with my advantium oven all the time and love the dual abilities of this appliance. Like I said this is brand new and to have the f-3 code which apparently (from what I read) is a failed key pad. I am very dissapointed and am begining to think about pulling my stock from this company!

check voltage to oven. if thats ok your control board may be shot.
