So what happens when they press TRANSFER and dial your extension? What happens when you call someone with a display phone and your extension comes up on the display?
The FWD/DND button shows that you have a FWD or DND condition set on your phone. Try pressing it one or 2 times and see if the display says FWD to xxxx. Now, if it is cleared, from the intercom dial 7104 (busy) or 7105 (no answer) 165 # That sets the CF on your phone.
If the others have lost your DSS button on their busy lamp fields, and truly nobody can "transfer" calls to you, you can reprogram those with PROGRAM 99 (don't pick up the handset) press the button assigned to your extension and dialing 1 + your extension and STORE.

Apologies. I guess I was supposed to come to your place and do the work for you.
The only reward we get from the free forum in FixYa is your rating. I went to TD training in 1994. Even though the system was discontinued about 7 years ago, I still have several systems in my customer base. In an idle phone, every time you press the FWD/DND button in a TD series box, the forward status changes. 7100 on the intercom clears everything, the 710x codes set it up. Once FWD/DND is set, the button becomes a toggle. That is absolute.
The display guides you through the functions by telling you on the display and visually displaying under the button what status it is in. When someone calls you, their display will also show a status. You may have turned on messaging (750x codes) but the FWD/DND button still controls the phone.
So that we don't have to ask for clarification and go back and forth, it's easier to answer your question and point out the possibilities. "they can't transfer to me". Well, is your phone in DND or forwarded? Did they lose thier buttons? I don't know and I'm not coming there to find out. Help yourself. Answer the questions asked if what is suggested doesn't work instead of giving the solution a bad rating. This is not rocket science. It's a phone system with finite solutions.
