get on the manufacturers web site for the mouse , find the download for your model and download it
win 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft so any late drivers will not be installed in that os
It doesn't seem like Innovera has a website or support of any kind. If you have Mac OSX or Windows 7, the Operating System may find and install the driver for you. Hopefully you have another mouse to use in order to do that. I wouldn't trust googling it and using a driver website download.
it should come with a dongle that you put into a USB port. Once connected if you are using either XP or Vista it will auto install, a small window will open near the bottom left of your screen telling you that a device is installing.
So no it does not need a install disk
I would replace the whole setup with a new mouse and keyboard. A lot of manufacturers out there have faulty products and wireless input devices are not known for their reliability. I would suggest a logitech setup. This seems to be the most stable brand that I have found.
