Just inherited a Zanussi ZDi 6041 and the programme letters do not exist A, B etc can I have a photo or help on seeing where the programmes are on the original dial. Thanks J

    Thanks, yes I have looked at that but it does not help as there is no picture. It just tells you to choose a programme. Any more thoughts?

    Im afraid not. If you got it free might be worth spending 60 or so replacing the front facia panel. Just visit a site like buyspares and input your make and model. Be sure to use all letters and numbers as there are different colours.

Hello, have you cleaned the condensor stack just recently if so check that the stack etc is fitted correctly and the door is closed fully.

it looks like the electronic programmer it is not being read past that point.
suggestion get the programmer dynastic tested, some programmers can be reprogrammed or replace with anew one

Replacement of heating programmer
yea you should be able to just when you remove the old one mark witch wire went to witch connection by marking it some how i personaly take one wire at a time wrap it with a small piece of white tape and write the letters on the piece of tape then when i replace with the new one i cant mess it up also look for any of the wire connections to see if any have to be or have been jumped out
