What you are describing can be due to a number of different settings.

Focus on the red and green guns
Sharpness on the red and green guns
Horizontal position and size
Vertical position and size.

This problem is a commom Convergence failure. The circuit is composed of two output IC's or chips. They will both need replaced at a cost of around $350 from most shops. If you're handy with a soldering iron you can give it a try but it is a critical circuit.

The problem may still be on the power supply board (one of the supplies may be missing and) when you unplug the supply both supplies go missing check the supply voltages and repost

ok go into setup menu.... go to convergence.. try to adjust convergence .. does the crosshair move up and down side to side... if not then you might hqve q poblem with convergence power supply if they move then u might have s setup issue
