I too havn't a printer with me now. The document is in Adobe Acrobat format, and can be taken its print at any printer. Is now in my system's hard disc. It contains nearly 3MB capacity, and of 64 pages. If you send me your email address; or send a mail to me at the end of this messege, I'll forward a copy of it to you. It is a very difficult to get document, and i've downloaded it paid. I don't want any reward from you or anything for this. it is the part of my service with Fixya.
Moreover, I don't know in which part of this world you are now. I,m here in South India. If you are in other country, how can you spend the expense of this? The easisest way is to send me the mail address; if you haven't one, send one amoung your friends email address. I'll send it to him. you can take a copy of it on CD or take a printout of it for permanent use.
