my hec 1050s had stopped turning, to fix this i could see the bushes couldnt get proper contact with the copper cylinder in the motor, first turn off at wall, turn machine on side, turn motor by pulling the belt, use a fine grade wet n dry sand paper to remove the black build up from the copper cylinder while turning motor by pulling on the belt and thats it job done and good luck
