What is blue scanning? - Computers & Internet

When I scan; Scaned half page & page up some blue line.

Make sure that your blue tooth is in pairing mode when the sysytem is scanning.(refer to blue tooth headset manual for intrustions)

yes, okay.. there should be the turn on button on your blue tooth headset, make sure the blue tooth headset is off.. now before you start the scan, hold down the power button for the blue tooth until it starts blinking colors.. usually red and clue, then start the scan, the pass code for the blue tooth will also be 0000, it is for mostly every single one

sounds like a faulty scanning head to me......
when images are scanned they are normally imaged in 3 colours red blue and green these are then combined to give a full colour scan. sounds like you are only getting the blue pass.

not alot that can be done here, if it is in warranty (check with manufacturer for duration of warranty as sometimes this can be more than a year) they should repair or replace this for you

Are you scanning in Duplex mode? Then cange the settings for the backside. Select Auto mode if available.

Have long experince with PixEdit program using Kodaks. PixEdit usually comes around it after a firmware upgrade on the scanner. Not sure about this specific model but at least OK on other models of Kodak.

This is NOT the problem. video games, dvd player and cable connection are all all a blue screen with sound

You have to take the machine to service partner who can be found on the brother homepage of your country.(www.brother.com)
The scanner needs calibration which can only be done by service personel.
