Hi
Clear the pending jobs on print spooler
Go to START MENU
Choose RUN
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on.
It will work fine right now
I hope it helps you
Hi Benjz,
Thanks for the instructions. It didn't work though. There were no jobs pending. In fact the folder was completetly empty. I did restart the PC just in case but nothing's changed.
Do you have any other ideas maybe? Or has anyone else an idea as to what to try next?
Thanks in advance.
Hi try to uninstall and set up again the printer once more to correct the corrupted driver.

Thanks for you help but that didn't work. The Spool folder was empty there are no changes to the situation even after restarting the computer. I'm not sure what to do next.
