I bought a DeWalt belt sander model DW433, yet no manual.Lowes told me I can download it online. The problem it only comes in spanish, so where can I get an english one? This is America isn't it?

How to Replace and Align the Belt on Belt Sander Quick Fix

The ServiceNet site has the manual for most Porter Cable power tools here: http://servicenet.portercable.com/ . The 352VS documentation is here: http://servicenet.portercable.com/Products/Detail/352VS . Look in the right hand column for the Instruction Manual; you'll see an option to download a PDF or have the manual sent by email. However, you need to look at the sander and attempt to find the Type number. This will be on the label with the model and serial number. There are 7 different belt sanders that were released with the 352VS model number. Use this number to get the details for your sander. There is a lever on the front left of the tool that puts tension on the sanding belt.

You might try Dewalt. I have a Black & Decker weed eater that had a broken belt and I had to order it from Dewalt. I was told that they had some kind of merger. Ordered it and it worked just fine.

You can probably get an owners manual at www.retrevo.com It's a free site but requires registration (also free).

Check the brushes for the motor they may have gone bad or broken, I have seen this happen before on dewalt tools.
