Try taking out your ram and putting it back in. Also take out the cmos battery and put it back in. Make sure all the power connectors are securely fastened. Make sure the board is not in contact with the computer case. If it is then you have fried your board. If you still cant get it working then send it to msi. Most motherboards have a minimum 3 year warranty.
That is a good idea, I will try to remove and replace the clock battery and then try the memory remove and reseat them. These are two things I have not tried. The mother board seems to be mounted okay and doesn't seem to be shorting against the chassis.
It this doesn't work then I will contract TigerDirect and ultimately MSI.
Thank you so much for your help and great ideas.

Hi,
Welcome to Fixya. With the specs of the computer it seems that the power of 550W is enough and after changing the Power supply to 600W you same result. Most likely the problem is the motherboard if the board is brand new you can ask to a replacement to Tiger Direct and you can ask them since it still has a warranty.
If you have questions please let me know. Thanks for using Fixya
