Visit www.maxi-cosi.com and select which country you're in, then choose the model carseat you have and go to the Service tab to download a copy of the User Manual which will show how to adjust harness height.

Hi can i remove all the harness straps from my maxi cosi priori xp to wash or replace them?
Please do not wash your harness straps, they should not be submerged in water only spot cleaned.

If you have already washed them or just want to purchase replacement straps they are available on the last page of your manual.

Maxi cosi Priori, Adjustment of straps to the upper of the three
There is a door in the back of the seat (only accessible when the seat is fully reclined).  You have to open this door.  You can then pull the splitter plate out from behind the seat.  It is easiest to do this if you loosen the straps all of the way.  Remove the straps from the splitter plate, and rethread them through the desired slots and re-attach to splitter plate.  Close the door and you are done.

The plastic part by the buckle where the two straps go in has broken off on my maxi cosi tobi can i buy a new part? It doesn't effect the function just the look! It is the part that the strap with the buckle comes out of not the actual buckle and this sits flush on the material of the car seat.
