The General Purpose Telescopes that I was advised to look at don't match my telescope. Mine is 27" long and 5" in diameter. The General Purpose telescopes aren't like this. Also, I didn't see a G118DX anywhere on the webpage.
Sinde I'm not sure if you have my original request, I'm repeating that my telescope was bought second hand with no instructions. It has a "Mars' Eye Finderscope" and an "Astronomical Reflector D=76 F= 700 m." It has a mirror so it's either a reflector model or the combined type, not the refractor. Thanks!
Hey Ginko, That appears to be the one! I printed off the instructions, and it's very similar although not identical. I'm studying it more to be sure. Thank you! I bought this for my dad's birthday and can't wait to try it out!
Yahoo! I think the experts found the correct telescope model and the instructions for it. I bought the telescope for my dad's birthday & I'm hoping that now I can set it up for him! Thanks, that was quick help and got me moving forward on this!
