While generating report it displays invalid index, when i am using parameter in report, without parameter it displays.

Print a Parameter Setting Report.
Power off the printer.
Close all printer covers and doors.
Hold down the and buttons on the printer and power the printer on.
Release your fingers from the keys when the message Diagnosing... appears.
Customer Mode and ESS Diag are displayed.
Press the button to select Customer Mode.
Press the or button until Parameter appears and press the button.
On the LCD, the Parameter menu appears.
Press the or button until Print appears and press the button.
The Parameter Setting Report prints.
Press the Cancel button to stop the test.
Reseat the toner cartridge based on the error: Yellow = (0093-930) Magenta = (093-931) Cyan = (093-932) Black = (093-933).
If error persists after reseating the cartridge replace the cartridge.

To disable a confirmation report each time you fax, you need to make a change in the Parameter Settings. To do this, perform the following:

• Press User Tools
• Using the up and down arrows, select Fax Features
• Press OK
• The "switch" you need to modify is switch #3.
  
• After hitting OK, use the arrows to scroll down to switch 03.
  
• Once there, press 00
• Press User Tools

Your machine is now set up to fax without printing a confirmation report. The transaction will still be stored and can be made part of a more general report.

Press FUNCTION and DATA REGISTRATION.
Use the search buttons(^,v) to display 3. REPORT SETTINGS.
Press SET, then use the search buttons to display "TX REPORT"
Press SET, then use the search buttons to select "OUTPUT YES"
Press SET.
now exit from menu and whenever you send a fax a trasmission report will be generate automatically

This is a somewhat complicated change. You must change the user parameter "switch" to turn the automatic printing of the transmission result report off. If you have your Facsimile Reference Manual "Advanced Features" then just go to the user parameters section and go thru the steps. If you do not have your manual you can download for free here.

Description
This error message means there is a parameter keyed incorrectly and the programming has been lost.

Steps
1. Recall each parameter in the correct download group.
2. If each parameter is correct then make sure the parameters are not keyed more then once in the group.
3. Restart the download.

Sounds like your Fax Options are set to print on error only. If you want to have both confirmations and error pages do the following:
1 Press Menu until “Fax Setup” appears on the top line of the display. Press Enter.
2 Use the scroll button to find MSG Confirm. Press enter.
3 It may be selected to On-Err. Use the scroll arrow buttons to get to On. Press Enter.
4 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
This should make your fax print out a confirmation on a successful or failure transmit of your fax.
If you want to print out the last few sent or receive faxes:
Printing a Report
1 Press Menu until “Reports” appears on the top line of the display.
2 Press the scroll arrow buttons to display the report or list you want to print on the bottom line.
•Phone Book: Phonebook list •Sent Report: Sent fax report •RCV Report: Received fax report •System Data: System data list •Scheduled Jobs: Scheduled job information •MSG Confirm: Message confirmation •Junk Fax List: Junk fax number list
3 Press Enter. The selected information prints out.

It's in the "user parameters" in the "fax features" menu. No disrespect, but it's a needlessly complicated setting (all of the parameter settings are if you aren't familiar with Ricoh).

Have you considered creating a regular export from P6 and using Access or some other reporting tool to generate your reports? I could set you something if I new the specifics of what you are trying to get.

El controlador de Seagull es muy bueno y con muchos parametros, intenta modificar los parametros del spooler. Seagull driver is very good and with many parameters, try to modify the parameters of the spooler. buscar
