Hi,

I think it's mostly due to the following: phone is off, lose of connection, bad reception area, network is down. But if none of these are going with your phone then try this. Go to your phone settings> phone or network (depending on menu) and disable 'call forwarding'. It may be set to go to your vm automatically with no delay (0 seconds waiting time). I hope these suggestions work. Regards

Zeta phone going straight to voicemail

When your iPhone is locked (the screen is off), Do Not Disturb silences all incoming calls, text message notifications, and alerts on your iPhone. Unlike silent mode, Do Not Disturb sends incoming calls straight to voicemail.

Can I block calls on the Jitterbug?

If you find that you have no other ways to block this number you can add the number to your contacts list then in the contact page you can set the number to go straight to voicemail in this way you will never get a phone call from that number because it will only go to your voicemail

Can't receive texts with certain numbers

go to contacts in the phone, go to your entry, press sub menu button, uncheck incoming calls (send calls directly to voicemail)

I can make calls, text, but all my incomming calls go straight to voicemail. What's the problem?

Denise,if the phone is a nokia, go to tools in main menu then"settings" and open. scroll to "call divert" and open. you will be in "call divert settings", open "voice calls" and "cancel All Diverts" . then reopen "voice calls" and scroll to "if out of reach" push "options" and "activate".. your diverts will then only come through when the phone is out of area or turned off . you will then get a message when your phone is on again or back in area. other phones are similar and you will need to find similar settings, regards Terry

SEND TEXTS DIAL OUT OK INCOMING CALLS GO STRAIGHT TO CALL BOX NO INCOMING TEXTS WHEN I CALL OUT PHONE WORKS OK THEN STOPS GOING BACK TO FAULT ABOVE

You need to contact your service provider and have your Voicemail reset. The carrier can reset everything. This includes fixing your incoming text problem.

No incoming calls

Sorry to hear you are having issues with incoming calls. You do wanna try a few tests. Check to make sre there's signal on your phone. There are no coverage issues. Do a powercycle, by powering the device down for about 10-30 seconds. If you have another phone with the same carrier, put your simcard in that phone. Do a test call. If it goes thru, it's software issue. If it fails, and goes straight to voicemail, then it's a network issue. Contact your carrier ASAP to get it resolved. If it's happens to be the phone. View the manual how to set the call forwarding. If that is set to be ringing and not straight to voicemail. Try a soft ware reset aka Master Reset. Your manual of this particular phone will be in there. You won't lose our number, pictures, message, etc. You'll see the phone will have the original ringtone and wall paper as if you just got it out of the box.

Cheers!
