Check your settings for audio preferences

Are u using hdmi if so make sure ur conetion is attached corectly if using bluetooth double check u are conected on both devices another thing u can do is try turning device off then back on

I have hate to say it, but you need to replace your panel. Would be more cost effective to replace your set.

Replace the Main bd.

switch to sky on tv and press interactive on sky remote then move down to sky customer service (select) once screen has loaded move down to programe your remote you will need model number and make of tv press select and then enter the make of tv by moving down list once found select and repeat for model then follow on screen instructions

power supply board has failed,very common problem. call 1-800-samsung for nearest service center.
