I have installed your Powerbolt, but when I push the Lock Button, it unlocks? What should I do? First remove the cover on the inside of the Powerbolt unit. On the right hand side under the batteries, you will notice that is says "Door Direction Jumper". If the cap is mounted on Prongs 1 & 2, carefully remove it and move it over so that it mounts Prongs 2 & 3. when you look at your laptop, there is a little button between the mose and the keyboard. it probably has as orange light, press the button so the light goes white.
On the right hand side of the phone, in just about the middle, is the button that's used to lock the phone.
When you make a call, once the ringing tone can be heard, press this button and hold it in until the screen changes.
One of the options on the new screen will be keypad (bottom left). Another option will be loudspeaker.

To Lock your phone
Hold down the # symbol on your phone until it says: "Phone Keypad is now Locked"
To Unlock your phone
The screen should now read in the bottom right hand corner "Unlock". press the corresponding key. It then asks "Unlock Keypad?" "Yes" or "No". Select Yes and press Menu button (also the play/pause button).
