Try this, I had to do this is aswell.

  1. Unplug the Wii AC adapter at both ends (from the back of the Wii system and from the wall outlet or power strip).
  2. The AC adapter must remain unplugged at both ends for a full 2 minutes.
  3. After you've waited 2 minutes, plug the AC adapter into the Wii system and directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or power strip. If the power light comes on and stays on, then it appears resetting the AC Adapter worked.'
If that didnt help try the Nintendo repair service. http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/repair/wii_repair_home.jsp?problem=PWRNOPOWER
Or check with Ebay for a new one, Gamestop may have one or even a big box store (wallmart, fred meyers).
Good luck.

Reset the AC adapter by following steps below.

1. Unplug the Wii AC adapter at both ends (from the back of the
Wii system and from the wall outlet or power strip).

2. After you've waited a full 2 minutes, plug the AC adapter back in on both ends and check to see if the power light comes on.

Hi.

Take out the AC power jack and then remove the laptop battery. Plug AC power back in and see if the laptop will turn on. If it turns on let it boot the operating system and then shut down as normal, remove the power cord and reinsert the battery and again see if it will switch on. If it does then there has been a glitch with the battery. If it doesn't then there is a problem with the battery.

If the laptop won't switch on either with or without the battery then there is a possibility that the motherboard has developed a problem.

Good luck.

Power glitched and the wii won't come back on. changed the battery. still nothing

Is it completely dead???, no sound, no lights??? if it's the case, try unplugging it for several hours, than try again, if it still not working than claiming a new one from your insurance company and buy a UPS, connect it to the UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) IN THE OUTLET MARKED WITH A BATTERY ICON, this will prevent this in the future...

Good Luck!!!

When this same thing happened to me, I unplugged the Wii power supply from the wall (not just from the back of the Wii) and let it sit unplugged for about 10 minutes. When I plugged it back in, everything was fine.

Wii / No Power

or you can remove all of the plugs from the console: AC, remote sensor, AV. This is important: You must also unplug the AC from the electrical outlet. Then wait 45 seconds, then plug the AC adapter back into the wall and your console. Power On.
