How do i use my dvd player i haven't used it for some monhs and now i have forgotten how to use it themodel no isdvp3020

Without the DVD try installing the device drivers for the DVD player. (what's themodel of your coputer )

Check the system compactability to both DVD player and the TV you use.
Nothing more can be adviced as you haven't given any more details of the device you use with this DVD player. When post a problem, be clear in every respect please.

There are usually two Scart multi pin sockets on the back of TVs (at least)
They'll be marked AV IN/OUT or AV IN or something similar.
It will probably work best in AV IN

You haven't specified nothing about the model number or any other items of your portable DVD player. Normally all portable DVD player adapters will have a 9.3VDC 2.5Amps adapter to use with. You jsut go with your DVD player to any elelctronic spare parts shops in your town. They can detect the excat voltage and choose the right adapter for you. OK.

You haven't specified what hookups you are using, so I am going to assume they are RCA.

Both devices should have one or more sets of these (picture below) yellow, white and red jacks. You will need to use supplied cables or buy some RCA cables and simply connect them to the back of the DVD player (matching the colors of course) and connect the other side to the video in on the back of the television. Once it is connected, turn on the DVD player and switch the sources on your TV.

i was just told by Samsung Live Chat to hold down the FF or the Rewind button to reset the DVD-V2000 player. I haven't had a chance to try it yet because the boys found another movie to watch. Hope it works! for you and for me :)

Are you using +R discs(not the -R)? Use Sony brand +R or try using a few +RW's and see if that corrects the problem.
