Hello, looks on the back of your sky router and there should be a password key, just type that into the DSI

Contact the router manufacturer if it is asking for a key related to the router.

contact the internet service provider if it is asking for a key related to the dsl
To change password
As long as it's your, and it's locked, you'll be able to find the key. Usually when you set it up you have a password/WEP code to login, which keeps others out of your network.
If you forgot the key, depending on your router there are simple ways to find it.
Get on the computer that the router is manually connected to. Open up a web browser and type in exactly: http://192.168.1.1
Go under the security tab. From here you should be able to view the password.
Remember, if it's not your own wifi connection, then you can't access it.
