Where is pinhole on frothing wand classic gaggia machine

IT IS INSIDE THE INJECTOR ASSEMBLY. IF STEAM DOES NOT COME OUT THE ACTUAL STEAM TUBE THEN ITS CONTROL VALVE OPERATED BY THE ROTATING KNOB IS CLOGGED. REPLACE THE VALVE IF DESCALING WOULD NOT CLEAR OF THE INTERNAL ORIFICES.

When I switch on mygaggia classic expresso machine it will not switch on

The thermal fuse in the Gaggia Classic is likely tripped and it is not re-settable. The fuse has the following stamped on it: MICROTEMPSKMAHDG4A00184C I believe that is what is the culprit for all of us when the "power doesn't come on." Now, what is the rating of this fuse and where to get a replacement? The fuse is the small resistor-like, diode-like part in a clear tube mounted against the boiler, and it must be physically cut out of the line to replace it!

Gagging espresso maker does not pump water

Hi There,
It's either the pump or the solenoid.

When you turn of the coffee switch after there should be a discharge into the water tank - if this happens - the solenoid is blocked but the pump is not.
It is an easy fix.
( This happens when the machine has not been descaled and the solenoid is blocked.)Usually its not the pump.!

Gaggia Classic - No Heat, Hot Water or Steam

There is a thermostat on the boiler disconnect and check to see if you can get a reading using an ohmsmeter, if no reading replace the thermostat. If you get a good reading then disconnect the element and check for resistance.
