M8, condensation on the motor would not normally blow a fuse. Thge most common problem would be a battery connection. Check for corrosion (can be removed with hot water) or loose terminals. Try to loosen terminals and give them a wiggle and re-tighten them. If this fixes the problem then the terminals will need to be thoroughly cleaned and sealed (petroleum jelly works fine). Most of time the reason for a chevy starter wont turn over stems from no power blown ignition fuse. Dead battery ,dirty battery cables, loose connection at the starter, bad starter solenoid or burnt starter motor.Start with easiest and cheapest things first.Check any fuses marked ignition,remove battery cables and clean with wire brush clean the battery post also. While the battery is unhooked charge and load test, check the connections at the starter. If the fuses are good and battery is ok. The cables are clean and connections are tight you will need to remove starter and solenoid and take them to be tested
