We have a Toshiba 351c color copier/printer in our office and cannot figure out how to print in color! Under print options it only offers mono and after spending hours on the device and owners manual we cannot figure out how to "print color"- it copies in color with no problems. Is this a driver issue, device... ? Please help. Thanks!

That is Fixing unit error . Maybe is defective

printers will only print black and white unless you change the print settings to be color
before you go to print find the printer settings or options and make the default setting color
that way it will print exactly what is sent from the computer to the printer

There are two ways to print black (grayscale) only. One is through the printer access provided through HP software. The other is through the Windows printer software. Try accessing through MS, such as printing from office or paint and see what the printer options show. Then try it again through another program, such as PDF Adobe, or another program that brings up the HP printer software. Another option is going through the device/printers option in control panel. The ink/toner is probably out. Do you have the correct drivers for the device also?

Depending on version of windows, if you double click the icon for the printer it should open the print queue window. Then click on the option that says printer on the top left of that window and select delete all documents.

then try to install manually, under Windows click add new printer,...

then find your printer on list and choose it.... and install it....

use drivers either to load by Windows automatically, or use path to your CD with software and drivers

Developer must be replaced by a technician. Old developer has to removed and new installed. Then there are software adjustments and counters to be reset as well.

what model if is Toshiba e-35 or e-350 all this machine is B & W you only can print in colour with e-3511 or 351C or 2500/3500 machine
