Hi elyflorin200,
I see that you have the s10-3 Netbook and that you wants to connect using Wifi.

  • On your Netbook make sure that the wireless switch on the side is switched on first.
  • On the lower right hand side you should see a wireless icon that looks like a signal bar indicating that your wireless is on and that it detects Networks in the area.
  • Point your mouse cursor on the signal bar on the lower right it should say Networks are detected or connect to a network.
  • If you do not see the signal bars then the wireless may still be OFF on your Netbook.
  • Try and Press FN+F5 the same time you should see a windows that will pop up saying Networks or it should say Wireless device or the name of your of your wireless card, check if the wireless is enable or turned on under current status.
  • If your S10-3 detects Networks click on you Routers name to be able to connect wireless it will prompt you for a security if in case your Router has a Network key or Security key you will need to type that in in order to get internet from he Router if ever you enter the incorrect Network/Security key i will give you an error.
  • If ever you get connected it will prompt you if you want to save the Network and if you want to connect Automatically put a check on Connect automatically so that every time you turn you S10-3 ON it will detect the wireless signal in your home.
For further information regarding you s10-3 you can to this link below http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/UserGuide/Guide_list.aspx?CategoryID=686287
I hope that this will be helpful regarding you question.
Have a nice day.

SOURCE: wi-fi connection

Looked at the specs on your laptop and you have the wireless card included. I assume you have a router set up already or you have access to another wireless network. Follow these steps to access it from your laptop:

1. Go to START
2. select MY COMPUTER
3. Once in the new window, click MY NETWORK PLACES under the "OTHER PLACES" section
4. select the VIEW NETWORK CONNECTIONS link under the NETWORK TASKS section
5. RIGHT CLICK on your wireless network connection and choose PROPERTIES
6. click the WIRELESS NETWORKS tab.
7. make sure the "USER WINDOWS TO CONFIGURE MY WIRELESS NETWORK SETTINGS" box is checked
8. Click OK and close the window
9. RIGHT CLICK on your wireless network connection (the name of it) and choose REPAIR
10. if windows detects the wireless connection, you should see a bubble near the task bar
11. in order to begin using the wireless connection, open your web browser then enter your username and password (if required)

Go to Control Panel, then Device Manager, it will show you if you have Wi-Fi or not and if is enabled. If it is disabled, enable it here.

You can also buy a USB Wi-Fi adapter compatible with Windows 7 Operating system.

Lenovo 20004

For a wireless network, first of all, check your wi-fi enabled icon. If it's enabled then move your cursor to the wi-fi network icon from where you can get a message on that icon. if it shows that connected with a network name then it means your wi-fi network is working otherwise not. I can't access internet through wifi

Hi spatra279,

what is the model of your laptop?

1. Before you conect to the Wi-Fi, make sure that your computer has installed drivers for Wi-Fi.
2. Make sure that Wireless is already open or st-up.
3. Look for the Wi-Fi spot area or zone, if there's no Wi-Fi access on that area you may not connect to Wi-Fi.

Hope this helps.

Galaxy samsung phone. He can't find wi-fi

He should read the manaul or call his cell phone provider's tech support.
If he still can't find wi-fi the wi-fi is turned off or hidden which can be corrected by the person who manages the wi-fi acces point.
I hope this helps him.

Download wi-fi lenovo 3000-n500

A list of all drivers, including wi-fi, can be found here: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/product.do?subcategoryind=0&familyind=437897&brandind=10&doccategoryind=0&modelind=0&doctypeind=9&validate=true&partnumberind=0&sitestyle=lenovo&template=%2Fproductpage%2Flandingpages%2FproductPageLandingPage.vm&operatingsystemind=49979&machineind=0

Just make sure you pick the correct wireless driver - this model could be using Intel or GemTek wireless chipsets. If you're not sure, try the Intel driver first, then the GemTek.

Good Luck!
