Hello

we have like that message before in our copier also but the only thing i did is shutdown and start again and i reset the counter and it goes fine.

make hard reset remove all the power cable and plug again.

Donde puedo bajar el driver para que funcione

http://mba.toshiba.com/support/index.jsp solo selecciona el tipo de maquina que es osea COLOR COPIER y selcciona el modelo e-studio 3511 o e-studio 4511 y descarga el archivo, si necesitas que imprima en opcion a color baja el driver que sea PL5C y si solo quieres imprimir a blanco y negro baja el driver que termina con PLC6.

Can you please giv a soluton for this issue: error code CE 40 toshiba e studio 3520

CE40: Image quality control test pattern abnormality: The test pattern
is not formed normally. If you switch off at the right hand side of the machine, wait
10 secs then back on again, It should clear. I think it is caused by condensation.
It can also be transfer belt failure, or paper rubbing against the transfer belt. It could be
because the Developer Unit failed to Pass the Close Looping Check by the machine
every time it boots.... check for fault from 08-824 if the value of any color is " 1 "
means abnormal occur.... check for foreign matters on the dev tank...the
simplest way is clean all 3 tanks...then reset it back to "0" then do a 05-200 and
05-396-4-Fax-1624-Set

Dear follw the procedure..
1 you press 0 and 8 key simantenesly and copier ON other Hand.
2 When copier windows show CHECK TOTAL COUNTER .
Then you press 263 and start key.... copier show a new windos.
Copier show YOUR OLD ADMAN CODE/PASSWORD.. Then you
READ HEAR AND CHANGE HEAR... PRESS ENTER KEY..
copier off.. and simple ON..
