Ensure the drivers for your keyboard and mouse have been installed. If you installed them, then restart your computer and see if they start to work. If you have not installed the driver, and a CD came with them, then place the CD in the drive and run the setup program to install them. If it did not come with a CD, then Windows might not have found working drivers, or failed to install them. In this case, you need to go to Logitech's support site to find the software for your keyboard and mouse. You can reach the website at the following address. Good luck!

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start
flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT
button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the
receiver.
If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button
on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they
should work okay.

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud

whenever you chage the battery you have to syncnonize your keyboard and mouse to sensor of the reciver. you can see on the back side of the keyboard there is connect button just press it and on the recevre side also press the connect buton same setting do with mouse also.

there is a button under neath the recerver and the keyboard, hold the button under the recever and then hold the button under the keyboard
wait for a few secounds each time u hold this button then release and it should find it self then
