Need to set my one for all remote to a Toshiba TV?

Try the following codes: Toshiba 0060, 0154, 0156, 1265 . Turn on the TV manually and then press the TV button on the remote. Press and hold Set until the LED blinks twice; then release the button. Enter the four digit code. The LED should blink twice again. Test if the TV turns off by pressing Power once. If it does, check if the other features of the remote control the TV. If it doesn't, try a different code. You can also manually search for a code by pressing 9-9-1 after holding and releasing Set. Then alternate between pressing Power and TV (for a TV code). Lock in the code when the TV turns off by pressing Set. Check if the remote works for other features.

If your remote is older than your TV, you may need a new remote. Universal remotes are usually limited to codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed.
